Looking for Kickboxing Fitness Classes that are effective, fun, and convenient? Here at Edge Fitness, we offer a wide variety of Kickboxing Fitness Classes six days a week at different times. Our group fitness classes are comprised of circuit training, heavy bag work, kettlebells, TRX trainers, resistance training, and more! Our classes are planned in a way that all different levels can take the same class and modify to fit their personal needs.

Our Kickboxing Fitness Classes are designed to be modified based on the person taking the class, not a set fitness level. It doesn’t matter if you are a professional athlete or just getting back after a long layoff we can help.
Kevin Tufte, Jennifer Bechtel, Josh Tufte, and Brock Yager are the primary fitness instructors for Edge Fitness and keep you on your toes with new and exciting workouts in every class.
Bring your gloves, water bottle, and towel to make sure you are prepared for anything they throw at you!
